Welcome to PST Palm Springs Tree Services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

PST Palm Springs Tree Services provides professional tree care services including tree removal, emergency tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding and removal, hazardous tree removal, land clearing, cabling and bracing, and storm cleanup services.

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and site assessment. We reserve the right to refuse service if safety concerns, legal restrictions, or other conditions make the work unsuitable or impossible to complete.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for most services. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, equipment needs, or unforeseen complications discovered during the work.

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for large projects.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We will make every effort to complete work on the scheduled date. However, weather conditions, equipment issues, or emergency situations may require rescheduling. We will notify you as soon as possible if changes are needed.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a fee, particularly if crews and equipment have already been dispatched.

Property Access and Safety

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring that pets are secured during our visit. Please mark any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or sensitive landscaping before we arrive.

While we take every precaution to protect your property, you acknowledge that tree work involves inherent risks. We maintain full liability insurance, but you should inform us of any particular concerns about structures, plants, or features near the work area.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals required by local authorities before tree work begins. We can advise on typical requirements, but cannot guarantee that permits will be granted.

If work must be stopped due to lack of proper permits or local regulations, you may still be responsible for service charges incurred up to that point.

Liability and Insurance

PST Palm Springs Tree Services maintains comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation coverage for all employees. We are licensed and bonded according to California state requirements.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden defects in trees, underground utilities not properly marked, or acts of nature occurring after our work is complete.

Warranty and Guarantees

We guarantee that all work will be performed in a professional manner according to industry standards. However, we cannot guarantee the health or survival of trees after pruning or other treatments, as many factors beyond our control affect tree vitality.

If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days so we can address your concerns.

Emergency Services

Emergency tree removal services are available 24/7 for urgent situations involving fallen trees, storm damage, or immediate safety hazards. Emergency service rates are higher than standard rates due to the immediate response required.

We will make every effort to respond quickly to emergencies, but response times may vary based on weather conditions, crew availability, and the number of concurrent emergencies in the area.

Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly first so we can work toward a resolution. Most concerns can be resolved through direct communication.

Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of California and resolved in Riverside County courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
